However, after closer inspection, it is found that the key reason why the non-meat eaters are healthier is not because of exclusion of meat from their diet but due to consumption of plenty of vegetables and fruits.

Even though veggie supporters would want you to believe eliminating meat from your diet is vital to good health and weight loss, that is not so. Exactly why vegetarian people are healthier than non-vegetarians is not because they don't eat meats. Rather, the key reason at the rear of their health is that they eat lot of fruits and vegetables. So you disheartened if you love eating meat. A person don't have to become a strict vegetarian if you would like to enjoy better into the slim down. Just reduce down a little on the meat and try to include more fruits and vegetables in your daily diet. This way you can also enjoy better health without having to stop trying completely on eating meat.
